Only one channel plays, but the other is silent
- Make sure the Balance fader in the Control window is in the center.
- Try playing a stereo file in Windows Media Player to make sure there are no loose connections or hardware problems and that the Windows/Computer/Speaker volume levels are balanced. Refer to the Windows Help for information.
- If existing stereo files play on both channels, but newly recorded file do not, it is a recording problem.
